The Challenge

As part of their remit, ECG is responsible for the installation and maintenance of air filters across all Debenhams sites and was looking to partner with an air filter company that would help deliver the world class service it's renowned for and add efficiency and value to its client's business.

The air filter company would also need to be capable of managing the unique demands of the retail sector including the delivery of high indoor air quality against tight deadlines, with work often scheduled outside trading hours. They'd also have to provide nationwide coverage and first class service.

The Solution

The UK Retail team at ECG had worked with Concept Filter Products (CFP) before and been impressed with their proactive, professional approach and the energy efficient range of air filter products they offered.

CFP was initially engaged on a supply-only basis but ECG soon saw an opportunity to improve the process, engaging them to fit the filters too. CFP quickly developed a method of working to suit ECG's operational and reporting requirements.

"CFP plan the work in directly with the Technical Support Administrators at each site, communicating regularly and working out timings and logistics down to the finest detail which avoids engineers arriving to find a Blue Cross Sale in full swing and entry refused."
